Debt Reconstructing 

CEM Capital has a client that has a loan coming due in 2020 that if they do not start construction on a remaining parcel will be in default. CEM Capital is in the marketplace to find a lender to replace the existing loan and give the borrower proceeds to build another 90,000- sq. of additional self-storage.

Equity Placement

CEM Capital introduces an institutional investor to joint venture with a Top 100 Self Storage owner and operator to build ground up construction for self-storage.
